Light roast. Grown in the midst of volcanoes, this coffee excites the senses with its lingering aroma, unique and subtle tastes of sweet syrup and smokiness. Guatemala produces outstanding coffees that are very balanced. The high acidity and smoky fragrant overtones create a nice, clean well-balanced finish with chocolate undertones.
